COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course will enable you to recognise an aggressive situation, prevent aggressive behaviour and de-escalate a situation that has resulted in challenging or aggressive behaviour. The learners will also be able to assist people effectively when they encounter a situation that has resulted in conflict.
CERTIFICATION
Once complete the course, you will have to complete the quiz.You have to achieve a minimum of 75% to pass.
You are allowed to attempt the quiz five times and you can retake the course if needed 5 times as well.
Upon completing the quiz, go to the course and mark the course as complete and then you will be presented with the electronic copy of the certificate.
